Wave Dash

Wave Dash is a space shooter where you must fight incoming space figthers, Seems simple right? However when you kill a enemy fighter their nuclear core explodes and you must do your best to manouver away from the shockwave created by the blast. While fighting waves of enemy interceptors you can loot health kits and xp to fill your energy bar. When full you can unleash a powerfull shockwave. After every round you can choose to upgrade your ships speed, hp or shockwave

This game was made during the 96 hour JamDNA 11. Here are the criteria

Shockwave

I implemented this in the game by creating a mechanic that creates a shockwave everytime an enemy is killed. You can also emit your own shockwave if you get enough xp.
